HTC Pyramid Android Smartphone With Dual Core Processor
Today rumors about HTC Pyramid is predicted as the first Android smartphone from HTC that will use dual-core processor. Unlike Optimus 2x using Texas Instrument’s output processor, the HTC Pyramid mentioned will use processors made by Qualcomm, the MSM8260 type, dual-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon.

Processor MSM8260 series was recently introduced by Qualcomm at CES 2011, then new, with a release schedule from the beginning of this year’s second quarter (Q2 2011). HTC Pyramid that uses the latest processor Qualcomm reportedly will begin to be released in late Q2 2011, so it is a reasonable schedule. Unfortunately, the phone is believed to be a super-smartphone will be available sometime in May 2011 only for mobile operator T-Mobile in the U.S..
